I really enjoy the conversations between Andrew and Zach. They are comfortable speaking with each other, and that connection shines through in their talks. Authenticity is a rarity these days, and we need to capitalize on it. That's where "From A to Z" comes in. A recap of everything Yang Speaks this week, from A to Z!

Coincidentally, I feel this would help flesh out the weekend time slot. From my current analysis, Yang Speaks drops an episode on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Depending on content, there is a clip released the same day (at a different time), and potentially a clip the following day. This leaves a content drought on Saturday and Sunday.

From A to Z would fit perfectly as a 20-30 minute episode designed around reflection and ideation from the topics discussed earlier in the week. Not only has the listener had to time to reflect, we're also providing an opportunity for them to speculate. I feel this would be a pretty easy way to drive engagement across all platforms as well. Below are some communication ideas off the dome piece:

"Hey Yang Speaks listeners! We've been cooking up something special for you. Join us for a recap of this week's Yang Speaks in our new series From A to Z | Yang Speaks. We bring Zach back on the mic so Andrew can catch him up From A to Z. They'll discuss what insights Andrew has gleaned, and how we can help move Humanity Forward! We'll be dropping these episodes on (insert what analytics says is best weekend time here). Where do you think we're going next? " - (Not Twitter)
"Hey YangGang! Have these hectic times kept you from listening to Yang Speaks? Well look no further! Andrew and Zach have you covered in our latest series: From A to Z. They reflect on this week's Yang Speaks; discussing what they learned, and how we can help move Humanity Forward" - Twitter

Podcasts are great content, but not everyone has the consecutive time required to fully grasp them. Right now, I feel there's a soft spot in that 20-30 minute range where a recap type episode can come in handy. We know that YangGang members are willing to consume the long-form content, but that's not who we need to reach. Let's get those medium-form viewers and hook them in with consistent weekly engagements wrapped up in thought provoking content.
